PyMood BLAST Output Other Files Binary Files

After target database formatting, BLAST will produce files with the extensions: .phr, .pin, .psd, .psi, .psq, (.pnd, .pni) for protein sequence files and .nhr, .nin, .nsd, .nsi, .nsq, (.nnd, .nni) for nucleotide sequence files. These binary files are not human-readable and can only be read by BLAST. To learn more about them please consult the README.formatdb file in the 'blast' folder (directory) within the 'PyMoodMainDir' folder (directory).
